Stroke can affect brain regions that regulate sleep, and factors like pain, medications, anxiety, or fatigue can also disrupt sleep.

Possible management

Establishing consistent sleep routines, improving sleep environment, limiting caffeine and screen time before bed, and medical evaluation if sleep problems persist.
