Stroke can affect brain regions involved in impulse control, anxiety regulation, and behavioral flexibility.

How common
Possible management

Behavioral therapy, structured routines, stress management techniques, and medical guidance if behaviors interfere with daily life.

Less common, but reported in some stroke survivors depending on the areas of the brain affected.
