Stroke affects the cerebellum or its connections, which are responsible for coordinating movement and balance.

Physical and occupational therapy, balance training, coordination exercises, and assistive devices if needed.

Less common than weakness or paralysis, but seen in strokes involving the cerebellum or brainstem.
